PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Dotene Stephens is the lead sales associate in the Commercial Retail Division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. As a result of her unique ability to effectively coordinate people and projects, she recently achieved the position of assistant to the Commercial Broker.  She has been responsible for site selection for Big Box (anchor) users and keeps a daily pulse on Big Box activity. 

She has extensive background in land assemblage representing JDN REIT/Development Company in selecting 13 shopping center sites that included anchors such as WalMart/Sams, Home Depot, Lowe's and Publix.

Dotene primarily represents big box retail tenants and was chosen by Ramco-Gershenson REIT and Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company to analyze re-tenanting and the disposition of their Atlanta portfolio.

As a tenant representative for Michael's Arts & Crafts, she is responsible for re-evaluating and correcting their store placement as competitor enters the Atlanta market. 

She was selected as exclusive representative for Best Buy, Inc. upon their entrance into the Georgia market.

For 12 years, she was responsible for Drug Emporium's placement in the Metropolitan Atlanta Area
